If you find a lower price for the same tour or activity offered by the same operator (priced in the same currency) within 24 hours of booking, send us the details and we’ll refund the price difference. To process a refund, make a copy, print out or screen shot of the lower rate and provide brief description and e-mail to info@skyitl.com. ITL will refund the difference. ITL Price Guarantee is available to any customer who makes a qualifying purchase through the skyitl.com web site. ITL Price Guarantee covers retail and prepaid rates available to the general public. This does not include discounts or special offers provided by other third party organizations or part of membership program, corporate discount, daily deal, or rewards program.applied from third-party organizations. ITL reserves the right to verify details of the lower price where possible. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of ITL. What happens if I need help from the local Tour Operator?

If you need any help in destination, look under the Important section of your voucher to find contact information for your Tour Operator.

Are animals allowed on tours?

In most cases animals are not allowed to come with you on a tour with an exception being made for service animals. Please contact the tour operator for specific instructions.

How do I cancel my booking?

Please check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your voucher for the detailed cancellation policy for your specific activity. Please send an e-mail to info@skyitl.com to request for cancellation and refund, if applicable.

How do I access my voucher?

You will receive your voucher in your confirmation email—usually within 15 minutes of booking your activities but up to 48 hours on certain activities, If there are any questions, please contact us via cs@skyitl.com

Can I view activities in a different language?

At this time, the language capability is not ready. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Will my guide speak my language?

Here’s how to check the language(s) for a particular activity:

  1. When you’re looking at an activity, look for the “Important Info” section and scroll down to the part labeled “Schedule and Pricing.”
  2. If the activity is offered in multiple languages, you’ll see a blue link under each option that says “Language Options.” Click on that link to see what languages are available. Note that you won’t actually select your language until you check out.
  3. If you don’t see language options, it’s safe to assume the activity is offered in English.
  4. Also check also to see whether the tour comes with audio tapes in different languages.

How do I reconfirm my pickup details?

First, check your voucher to see if reconfirmation is required for your activity (for many activities, it is not necessary). You’ll find this in the “Important Information” section. If reconfirmation is required, please call your local tour operator to reconfirm your pickup details at least 24 hours before your activity begins. Their contact information is also located in the “Important Information” section of your voucher.

How do I make changes to my booking?

If you need to add a traveler, change the date, or make another adjustment, However, please check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your voucher for the detailed policy for your specific activity.
