The castle’s design is based on a wing of the historic Dunluce Castle in Northern Ireland. His daughter Kitty Macully became the first recorded shark attack fatality in South Australia. She was badly mutilated and died before reaching the hospital in the year 1926, five years after Reverend Macully’s death. Is she still haunting their castle up to this day?
